Occupying Eden
“Occupying Eden” is a multi-species durational performance in which an imaginary ecological paradise is gradually created. As it unfolds, the audience is invited to engage with the environment: with the plants and performers who inhabit the space together.

Biography
Rosalind Masson graduated from the London Contemporary Dance School in 2006 and completed a Master’s degree at DJCAD in Media Arts in 2008. In 2009 she worked at Movement Research in New York. From 2008 – 2013 she worked as a performer and choreographer in rock, folk and contemporary music and as a performer in the work of visual artists, dance filmmakers and choreographers in Germany, the UK and the USA. In 2010 she began producing her own choreographic work under the title Anima(l)[us]. She has directed and produced nine live works and five screen works that have been shown internationally. In 2014 she joined the collective Laborgras in Berlin, where she created and performed four new works under the title The Renaissance Project. Since 2019, she has been the Vice Chair of the Neisse Centre for Contemporary Art and continues her freelance work as a choreographer, collaborator, teacher and performer in Görlitz, Saxony.
