Anta Helena Recke, Die Kränkungen der Menschheit Kampnagel
Die Kränkungen der Menschheit

  • Performance

After her black copy of Anna-Sophie Mahler’s production MITTELREICH, for which Anta Helena Recke was invited to the Berliner Theatertreffen in 2018, the ITI theater award winner and young director of the year 2018 (Theater Heute) continues her critical examination of the still predominantly white art canon. Whether the Western population still cherishes the illusion of a superior white humanity is one of the initial questions for their new production, The Distortions of Humanity, which was premiered at the Münchner Kammerspiele in September 2019.
