(RE)CALLING UTOPIA

  • Performance

A group of young people develops utopian and dystopian visions of a future world. They ask how humanity’s future and the planet’s future may be brought into dialogue. They design their own future and reflect whether they need a new identity for it. Their perspectives are united by the fact that they all fled their home countries and now live in Germany. The spectators may move freely within the space and experience how electronic music, storytelling and video projection enter into an exchange. A meshwork of fictions on the self, the others and the environment emerges in which perspectives for a possible world appear.
