How to Torshi
›How to torshi‹ is the title of our new workshop in May. Join us as we explore the art of pickling sour vegetables. While traditionally a preservation technique, today torshi is celebrated for its ability to transform ordinary vegetables into delicious side dishes. On Saturday 25. May 25th, from 14 to 18 h, you can delve into the process and discover the secrets behind it.
Everyone can take home their torshi creations immediately – but they’re only ready to eat after a few weeks. That’s why we’ll meet again on 5. July at the WerkStadt to taste our homemade torshis together.
