Residency format

In the run-up to “Claiming Common Spaces IV: Cool Down” in Essen and Dresden, the residency format “Community of Practice” was launched in March 2022, which initiates a dialogue between local and international artists and experts from various fields of knowledge in online meetings and on site during the festival and facilitates an open exchange of ideas, designs and strategies. Each house of the Alliance of International Production Houses has nominated an artistic position for the residency programme.
