Lolina is the newest coup of London based producer and performer Alina Astrova, who you may know for her evergreens of electronic low-fi-pop abstractions under the previous alias Inga Copeland or together with Dean Blunt as Hype Williams. Lolina has that same touch of intangible sound clouds, broken rhythm clusters and laconic vocals that are extremely catchy in spite of their strange aloofness. This December, you can find out how all of that sounds live during a night out at the Geheime Salon, hosted as always by the Lokal at Mousonturm. At the turntables: INKASSO, who as DJ and radio host is a regular guest of Frankfurt’s acoustic niches.
